2. GOPINATH SABDATATUA ABIDHANA
Sabdatattwabodha Abhidhana (Oriya Etymological Dictionary), compiled by Pandit Gopinath Nand Sarma (1869-1924), was published in March 1916. With 1115 pages and 35000 words, it was the most comprehensive Oriya dictionary of the time. It was still more important a work because of its etymological approach - a first not only in Oriya but also an early example among all Indian languages.

3. PRAMODA AVIDHANA
Pramoda Avidhana, compiled by Pramod Chandra Deb (1903 - 1975) was a post-Bhashakosha Oriya dictionary which tried to maintain the extensiveness of word coverage found in the Bhashakosha while condensing the explanations to limit its size for easy usability. The resulting dictionary spanned about 3000 pages and contained some 1,50,000 words.
